Sports-guards are custom appliances which help protect your teeth from traumatic blows and collisions.
The value of an athletic mouthguard cannot be overstated. It has been estimated that as many as a third of all injuries treated by dentists are sports related. It’s also been estimated that during a single season, an athlete participating in a contact sport has a 10% chance of experiencing some sort of orofacial injury.
Sports guards can help prevent tooth fracture, tooth dislocation and jaw fracture. They can help prevent bruising or laceration of the soft tissues, and even protect an athlete from concussion.
Snore-guards

Oral appliances for snoring, also known as mandibular advancement splints, can help you. These custom fit appliances that are worn at night keep your lower jaw forward to prevent the soft tissue in your throat from collapsing and obstructing the airway.

Night-guards
Do you wake up with a painful, aching jaw? Sore sensitive teeth? Stiff neck or headache?
If you suffer from any of these problems you may be grinding or clenching you teeth when sleeping. These symptoms are a result of some of the strongest muscles in your body being tense all night. These muscles are your jaw muscles, and they go from your temples all the way down to your chest!
When you clench or grind your teeth these muscles create a great deal of stress and tension. You may even be causing damage to the TMJ (temporomandibular joint), teeth, and other surrounding muscles.
We can fit you a custom appliance, molded to your front teeth to suppress clenching and grinding. By reducing the intensity of the clenching or grinding you are effectively minimizing the source of the pain – sometimes in just a few days.
